The location was perfect for my business trip, with public transport stops nearby. There were plenty of food options in the area too. the room was equipped with a kitchen, which was very useful for preparing meals. Plus, the laundry facilities on-site were a bonus.
there was no instruction provided on what to do with the room key upon checkout.

Handy to a tram route into town; also right near a school that I needed to visit.
I had difficulty entering the premises on my arrival on a Sunday, as I had been given the wrong access code for entry! Fortunately the owner of the shop next door was able to let me in.

Room itself was quiet, ie not much noise from other apartments (with exception of water tank filling loudly) and, even though we were on first floor on top of a bar and on a busy roundabout, the double glazing did its job very well. Also, there appeared to be separate lifts for different kinds of user. The shower was powerful, lovely to find in a hotel at this price. Very good value for money. Would recommend for students wanting studio flats. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
This is not a complaint, just something that wasn't up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, and is easily rectifiable. The cleaners had obviously not been out on the balcony of our superior room as the floor was covered in cigarette ends. Otherwise, the hotel was extremely good value for money.

The room is quite large with a well equipped mini kitchen. Beds are not very large but they are comfort. The tram line 1, which takes you to the city center in 12 minutes, stops at just 50 meters away from the main entrance of the hotel. There are a few fast food restaurants and supermarkets around the building. The surrounding area is clean and safe.
1. There was acceptable but obvious odor in my room. 2. It seems that the quilts have been used for ages. Although a sheet was provided to separate you and the quilt, I still had an uncomfortable feeling. 3. Neither garbage bin nor garbage bag was provided except for the bath room where a very very small bin can be found besides the closestool. 4. Wi-Fi was unstable. 5. The electrical box appeared to be noisy during late night. 6. Shampoo and soaps were for the first night only. Afterwards we need to pay. 7. The room is not serviced until you leave.

The kitchenette and refrigerator were great.
The TV is in a seperate room from the bed, and you can watch TV from the dining table?

Near the city centre by tram right in front of the Appart Hotel. Safe private parking. Large studio (superior room.) Basic but comfortable.
-Make sure to phone the hotel if you arrive after six o'clock from Friday onwards: there is nobody at the reception until Monday morning and you need codes for your key, the front door and the car park. -On the same avenue is a house with the same house number. Confusing! - In fact you rent a studio without hotel service. so the term Appart Hotel is not quite correct.
